The hotel is directly on the beachfront and offers a private beach area with beach umbrellas and beach chairs available for an additional charge. A terrace, balconies and an outdoor dining area give guests several places to enjoy the sea air, while the apartments look out over the sea, the gardens and the city.

The modern on-site restaurant serves Italian cuisine for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, with halal dietary options. Breakfast covers continental, Italian, full English, American, vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free and kosher selections, and there is also a coffee house, a snack bar and a bar on site, plus a kid-friendly buffet and kids' meals for younger guests.
